Often, this "devolut...Couldn't agree more! Often, this "devolution" in employee attire tends to go on till extremes are reached unless checked. There is a difference between casual dressing and sloppy dressing. I have also observed that the meticulous, diligent and systematic employee will be equally punctilous about his/her attire.
